This document describes how GenXus Consulting collects, records, and manages consent for SMS/MMS text message communications.

Opt In to SMS Communications

Complete this form to give your express written consent to receive text messages from GenXus Consulting (Daniel Acquisitions LLC) at the mobile number you provide below.

1. Overview

GenXus Consulting, a DBA of Daniel Acquisitions LLC, uses SMS/MMS messaging to deliver account notifications, daily briefings, appointment reminders, and service updates to opted-in recipients. All messaging is conducted in compliance with TCPA regulations and carrier guidelines.

2. Verbal Consent Script

The following script is used when obtaining verbal consent for SMS communications from clients or service users:

"Thank you for your interest in GenXus Consulting's services. Before we proceed, I'd like to get your permission to send you text messages.

By providing your phone number and agreeing, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from GenXus Consulting at the number you've provided. These messages may include:

• Daily briefings and schedule updates
• Account notifications and service alerts
• Appointment reminders
• Relevant news and updates related to our services

Message frequency varies, typically 1 to 3 messages per day. Standard message and data rates may apply. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any service from us.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. If you need help, reply HELP or contact us at rened@genxusconsulting.com or (832) 838-4988.

The recipient must clearly respond with an affirmative answer (e.g., "Yes," "I agree," "That's fine") before any messages are sent.

3. Sample Consent Conversation

The following is a representative example of how verbal consent is obtained during a client interaction:

Agent:
"Hi, thanks for connecting with GenXus Consulting. I'd like to set up text message notifications for you so you can receive daily briefings, schedule updates, and important alerts. Can I walk you through the details?"
Client:
"Sure, go ahead."
Agent:
"Great. By opting in, you'll receive recurring automated text messages from GenXus Consulting. These include daily briefings, calendar reminders, account notifications, and relevant updates. Message frequency is typically 1 to 3 per day, and standard message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Your consent is not required to purchase any services. Do you agree to receive these text messages at your mobile number?"
Client:
"Yes, I agree."
Agent:
"Thank you. I've noted your consent. You'll receive a confirmation text message shortly to verify your opt-in. If you ever want to stop, just reply STOP to any message."
System:

4. How Consent Is Recorded & Stored

All consent records are documented and securely stored. The following information is captured at the time of consent:

5. Confirmation Text Message

After verbal consent is obtained, a confirmation SMS is automatically sent to the recipient's phone number. This message serves as a written record of their opt-in:

"GenXus Consulting: You've opted in to receive text messages including daily briefings, notifications, and updates. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."

The confirmation message is sent within 60 seconds of consent being recorded. If the confirmation message fails to deliver, the recipient is contacted to verify their phone number.

6. Opt-Out Instructions

Recipients can opt out of SMS communications at any time using any of the following methods:

Method 1: Reply STOP

Reply STOP to any text message received from GenXus Consulting. You will receive a final confirmation: "You have been unsubscribed from GenXus Consulting messages. No more messages will be sent. Reply START to re-subscribe."

Method 2: Email Request

Send an email to rened@genxusconsulting.com with the subject line "SMS Opt-Out" and include your phone number. Opt-out will be processed within 24 hours.

Method 3: Phone Call

Call (832) 838-4988 and request to be removed from the SMS messaging list. Your opt-out will be processed immediately during the call.

Method 4: Reply HELP

Reply HELP to any text message for assistance. You will receive: "GenXus Consulting: For help, contact rened@genxusconsulting.com or call (832) 838-4988. Reply STOP to opt out."

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from GenXus Consulting. Recipients who opt out will continue to receive service via other communication channels (email, phone calls) as agreed.

SMS consent records are retained for a minimum of 5 years. Other personal data is retained as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at rened@genxusconsulting.com. SMS opt-out requests are processed immediately upon receipt of STOP reply or within 24 hours by other methods.
